Just a day after Jackson publicly shared her pregnancy news, Burgin was picked up on a parole violation in Cincinnati.
According to reports, when police tried to approach him, Burgin attempted to flee but ended up being caught and briefly detained.
He sustained a small cut during the incident and was ultimately cited for obstruction before being released.
Jackson, who’s 22, seems excited about her upcoming motherhood journey.
She told People magazine she’s thrilled to be starting this new chapter, looking forward to both becoming a mom and continuing her acting career.
The couple had previously faced some relationship speculation after an incident at Universal CityWalk in Los Angeles earlier this year, but they maintained they were doing well.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department ultimately decided not to pursue charges related to that earlier situation.
