Russia Strikes Kyiv with Missiles, hurting two people and breaking stuff as bits of the missiles scattered all over the city.
In another round of fighting, Russia hit Kyiv with missiles this morning, causing a lot of damage and hurting two people.
The missiles, meant for important buildings in Kyiv, got stopped by Ukrainian defenses, but the pieces that fell around the city caused a lot of trouble.
The local folks said that the debris hit many homes and important places, with windows breaking and buildings getting messed up.
The emergency teams were on it fast, making sure the area was safe and helping those hurt.
Kyiv’s Mayor, Vitali Klitschko, was not happy about it. He called it a clear attack on the city to make it unstable and scare the people living there.
He told everyone that the city’s defenses were still strong and that they’re working hard to keep everyone safe.

The 2 people hurt were taken to a hospital nearby, where they’re said to be doing okay. Thanks to Ukraine’s missile defense, not many people got hurt because they stopped most of the missiles.
This attack is just the latest in a long line of Russian attacks on Ukrainian cities, showing how unstable the situation is.
The world is getting more worried about the violence, with everyone calling for things to calm down and for more talks to try and stop the fighting.
As Kyiv starts to figure out how bad the damage is, the city’s people show they’re tough. Even after this attack, they’re not backing down, ready to fix things and push back against more attacks.
