Tom Holland revealed that Brand New Day will be shot on real locations, Zendaya will also return in this new adventure.

Back to basics for “Brand New Day”
Tom Holland can’t hide his excitement as he returns to the role of Peter Parker in “Spider-Man: Brand New Day.”
During a recent chat with YouTube’s Flip Your Wig, he revealed that this fourth installment feels like “meeting an old friend.”
Real streets, real action
“This time we’re leaving the studio sets,” Holland revealed.
After keeping the last film confined indoors due to COVID restrictions, the team will now shoot on real urban streets.
Glasgow will turn into the backdrop for the “huge set-pieces” they’re currently developing.
Old-fashioned filmmaking style
The production style has Holland particularly excited: “It’ll feel like making Spider-Man 1.”
This return to practical locations and traditional methods will bring a “breath of fresh air,” in his words, for both the cast and fans.

New Beginnings After “No Way Home”
The new film picks up after the dramatic ending of “No Way Home,” where Peter Parker became a stranger to all his loved ones.
The 2021 hit—which featured the return of former Spider-Men Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield—became the seventh-highest-grossing film of all time, grossing $1.95 billion worldwide.
Star-studded cast returns
Zendaya will join Holland once again after he wraps work on Christopher Nolan’s “The Odyssey.”
The new faces include “Stranger Things” star Sadie Sink and “The Bear” actress Liza Colón-Zayas in mysterious roles.
Behind the Camera
“Shang-Chi” director Destin Daniel Cretton will direct this time around, with Marvel veterans Amy Pascal and Kevin Feige serving as producers.
Fans will be able to head to theaters for “Spider-Man: Brand New Day” on July 31, 2026.
