At the New York City opening of Dexter: Original Sin, Jenni “JWoww” Farley talked about a surprising childhood friend.

In all honesty, Jenni “JWoww” Farley, a 38-year-old reality TV star, has expressed her admiration for Sarah Michelle Gellar and shared how the actress transformed her life during her early years.

Gellar’s portrayal of Buffy Summers, a character who valiantly resisted magical forces, deeply moved Farley as a child.

This gave Farley the drive to learn martial arts and even make fake wooden stakes because he was sure that he was going to meet a vampire soon.

At the premiere, Farley talked excitedly about how much she admires Gellar, who plays CSI boss Tanya Martin at the Miami Metro Police Department in the new Dexter predecessor.

The show carefully chose famous players from the 1990s to capture the spirit of the time.

Christian Slater plays Dexter’s dad, Harry, and Patrick Dempsey plays Captain Aaron Spencer. Gellar adds an already outstanding cast.

The show shows how Dexter Morgan, a young forensics student, follows his father’s strict moral code and turns into a planned serial killer.

Farley has a long history with the Dexter series. She watched the original show live and showed it to her fiancé, Nicole Polizzi, who is also from Jersey Shore. Polizzi became such a die-hard fan that she purposely dodged any hints during the launch.

The backstory claims to show where Dexter comes from and how he learns to control his dark urges while handling the complicated world of law enforcement. From now until January 31, new shows will air every Friday on Paramount+.

For fans such as Farley, the series offers more than just entertainment—it’s a journey through the formative years of a beloved character, weaving together tales from their childhood with fresh ones.
