The 18-year-old freshman from Northwestern who played Lumon’s mysterious deputy, Sarah Bock, says her character’s season 2 exit was a gut-punch.
Miss Huang finds out in episode 9 that she must leave her home and family behind and be banished to Svalbard.
Bock calls the twist “heartbreaking,” saying, “You finally see her as a kid trapped in this corporate nightmare.”

Nerves struck hard once on set, particularly in scenes involving John Turturro and Adam Scott. She remembers, “I shook physically staring down Adam.”
“I was side-eyeing legends like it was nothing by the end.”
