Recording of Shannon Beador’s anger at photoshoot creates storm in Real Housewives, friendship breaks

Shocking Betrayal
Shannon Beador couldn’t believe her ears. At a friendly dinner, she learned that Katie Ginella had secretly recorded her “rant” at the RHOC photoshoot. Such a betrayal of friendship!
“This is a totally nasty betrayal,” Shannon said as she walked out.
The Story Behind the Recording
Katie denied everything at first, but later admitted she had taken a “voice note” during Shannon’s rant.
Her excuse? She wanted to explain to her husband why she had to cut the business call short.
“I was pissed,” Katie explained. “It was supposed to be a fun day for all of us.”
Details of the Mess
Shannon had arrived two hours late to the photoshoot, obviously stressed and upset.
She showed up with “600 bags” and was yelling into her phone with disheveled hair—something Tamra Judge quickly relayed to the other women.
Why Shannon was deeply hurt
The revelation was extremely painful for Shannon, who was already battling a lawsuit with her ex John Janssen and his fiancée Alexis Bellino.
The two had previously claimed they had damaging video from Shannon’s DUI arrest.
“Do you understand what it feels like when someone videos me and I don’t remember what I said?” Shannon asked, clearly upset.
“I’ve been through this before.”

Friend or foe?
The worst part? Shannon had just defended Katie to the group. She even gave her advice on how to get along well with the other women.
“I gave Katie a gift,” Shannon said, “and this is what she does to me?”
The blame game
Katie tried to deflect blame, claiming she and Jenn had “discussed it” with Alexis. But Jenn wasn’t accepting it.
“I don’t know why Katie is doing this,” Jenn told the camera. “It’s just not fair.”
Moving On
As Shannon left the hot pot dinner, she explained that she was “starting a process” and that she had “crossed a line.”
The betrayal clearly shook her, proving once again that in Orange County, friendships can change in the blink of an eye.
