Late-night host Jimmy Kimmel roasts NFL legends’ singing, faces audience backlash

Jimmy Kimmel's Manning-Menendez Joke Bombs at Disney Upfront Event

Kimmel’s mayo jab at Manning bros fell flat.

The late-night host couldn’t resist taking shots at Peyton and Eli’s musical skills during Disney’s upfront. “What if two jars of mayonnaise could sing?”

he quipped before making that cringe-worthy Menendez brothers comparison.

When the audience groaned, he awkwardly asked, “Too soon or too late?”

MANNING MUSICAL MISHAP STEALS THE SHOW

The football legends tried their hand at entertainment. They performed an elaborate song-and-dance routine where they hilariously pitched cameos in Disney shows.

Stars from High Potential, Abbott Elementary, and Paradise joined in, shooting down their ridiculous ideas.

The crowd ate it up despite Kimmel’s harsh review of their talents.

CHAD POWERS PROJECT BRINGS MANNINGS BACK

The brothers returned later with a legit project. They’re executive producing “Chad Powers” with Glen Powell, who plays a disgraced football player in disguise.

The show builds on Eli’s ESPN+ comedy bit where he tried out for Penn State’s team undercover.

This time, they let their producing chops shine instead of their singing voices.

IGER GETS ROASTED BY RUTHLESS KIMMEL

Bob couldn’t escape Kimmel’s sharp tongue either. “Bob Iger has passionately led Disney for 20 years and reluctantly for three,” the comedian jabbed.

He suggested the CEO couldn’t care less about the presentation or advertisers, saying Bob doesn’t give a damn about “The Rookie season 8” and wouldn’t mind if everyone turned to “Avengers dust.” Yet somehow, Bob still showed up.
