HGTV’s big shock
This week has been very disappointing for HGTV fans! News of the cancellation of many popular shows has come to the fore, and some of these have been revealed by the stars of the shows themselves.
It seems that a big reshuffle is happening on the channel, and it is becoming difficult for the fans to digest this.
‘Farmhouse Fixer’ also closed!
The most shocking news came from ‘New Kids on the Block’ member Jonathan Knight.
He announced on Instagram on Wednesday that HGTV has decided not to extend his popular show ‘Farmhouse Fixer’.
Jonathan said that he is still trying to understand the reasons behind this decision.
He thanked the fans and said that he and his designer, Christina Crestin, had a lot of fun making the show.
In ‘Farmhouse Fixer’, Jonathan used to gave new life to the old farmhouse in New England, and this show was well-liked. It also had a spin-off, ‘Farmhouse Fixer: Camp Revamp’.
‘Bargain Block’ on the brink too!
Not just Jonathan Knight, ‘Bargain Block’ stars Keith Bynum and Evan Thomas also hinted on Instagram on Sunday that their show will no longer be on HGTV “much longer.”
The duo used to fix up homes for first-time homebuyers in Detroit.
They wrote that the last six months have been tough for them and the TV world is “fickle.”

‘Married to Real Estate’ is over, too
On Tuesday, Egypt Sherrod and her husband, Mike Jackson, also revealed that HGTV has canceled their show ‘Married to Real Estate’ after four seasons.
They said they got the news after a memorable family trip to the Mediterranean.
They expressed gratitude for their four great seasons, crew and fans.
‘Easy Does It’ also did not get the green light
In the same sequence, ‘Easy Does It’ star Eazy Batres also revealed on Instagram on June 25 that her show is not getting a second season.
She thanked fans for their love and support, even though her show is no longer coming back.
This week has been sad for many loyal HGTV viewers, as one after the other, their favorite shows are going off-air.
The stars of all these shows have thanked the fans and expressed hope for something new in the future.
