Conrad Ricamora, known for his role as Oliver Hampton in How to Get Away with Murder, cherishes a particular friendship from the show.

He shared this at the 2025 Tony Awards “Meet the Nominees” event.

The bond he formed is something he’ll treasure forever.

Breakthrough Role & On-Screen Love

Ricamora’s role as a computer hacker was his big break.

His character’s relationship with law student Connor Walsh, played by Jack Falahee, captivated audiences.

Their on-screen chemistry blossomed into a real-life friendship.

Their characters faced numerous challenges throughout the series, including Connor’s involvement in serious crimes.

Despite the drama, their love story culminated in marriage during the final season. This mirrored their off-screen connection.

Ricamora fondly recalls his time on the show, emphasizing the importance of his friendship with Jack Falahee.

“My friendship with Jack is something that I’ll take away for the rest of my life,” he stated, highlighting their strong connection.

Ricamora fondly remembers a cast trip during the third season to Santa Barbara. The group stayed at the same resort.

They enjoyed activities like bowling and relaxing by the pool, creating lasting memories.

The trip included costars like Matt McGorry, Karla Souza, and Aja Naomi King.

Ricamora expressed how the show profoundly impacted their lives.

He said, “That show changed all of our lives so intensely…but I love them so much.”

In an interview, Falahee noted their instant chemistry, which benefited from their theater backgrounds.

This allowed them to approach their roles with trust and understanding, strengthening their bond.

Despite their close friendship, Falahee mentioned needing a “break” after the show ended.

He affectionately described Ricamora as “a rock star and one of the loves of my life,” acknowledging the intensity of their on-screen partnership.

Currently, Ricamora is nominated for a Tony Award for Best Featured Actor in a Play for Oh, Mary.

He humorously described working opposite Cole Escola as Mary Todd Lincoln as his greatest challenge.
